Through specific shamanic practices and energy work, you will create movement that transforms your DNA to revive healing and turn back the clock of time on your physical body and all other energetic bodies. Bring layers of clothing, wear ceremonial white, and bring a yoga mat/blanket to sit upon the earth, note pad/pen, water bottle.
